HOW LONG OF A LEASE AM I REQUIRED TO SIGN?

Our storage units are rented on a month-to-month basis.  Our rental with us can be long or short, depending on your needs.  We ask that you give us 10 days notice before leaving.

 

DO I NEED MY OWN LOCK?

You may bring your own lock or you can purchase a new lock at Wimpy’s Self Storage facility.  We offer a variety of sizes and types of locks for your convenience. 

 

AM I REQUIRED TO PURCHASE INSURANCE FOR MY STORAGE UNIT?

Insurance is recommended.  If your homeowner's or renter’s insurance doesn’t covered stored items, there are a variety of insurance companies that offer storage insurance at affordable prices.

 

DOES WIMPY’S SELF STORAGE OFFER DRIVE-UP UNITS?

YES!  Every storage container and space offers drive up access and offers plenty of room for larger items such as RVs and boats to be stored.

 

CAN I USE MY STORAGE UNIT AS A PLACE TO WORK OR USE FOR OTHER ACTIVITIES?

Storage containers and outdoor spaces are only for storage and can not be used to work on vehicles, or other activities.

 

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DOES WIMPY’S ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards, checks, cash and PayPal.

 

WHAT ARE THE THE HOURS THAT STORAGE CONTAINERS AND OUTDOOR SPACES CAN BE ACCESSED?

You may have access to your storage 24 hours a day.  Wimpy's Self Storage provides outside lighting throughout the facility.
